Half wine and half sake⁉︎The wine yeast for Chardonnay from overseas and the yeast from Akita are used. It has a clean acidity and a hint of sweetness. There is a mineral aftertaste. and bitterness in the aftertaste!
When I drank it two years ago, I thought it tasted like wine. This time I did not feel wine-like as last time, but it was delicious sake suitable for summer to drink easily.
After 1 day, acidity settled down and sweetness increased a little!
