There was a sizzling sound when the bottle was opened. I bought it for warming sake, so I will serve it warm. But first, it is served at room temperature.
The top aroma is a little sweet with a junmai aroma. When poured, it gives the impression of being thick. When you drink it, it is soft and sweet with a slight carbonation and a pleasant bitterness. The overt aroma is fruity. It is good both on its own and with food. It is very tasty at room temperature. Next, we warmed it to lukewarm. When warmed, the soft sweetness is further emphasized, and it tastes mildly sweet and delicious. The bitterness disappears and it is very easy to drink. It may be quite sweet. It is easier to drink if it is warmed up rather than lukewarm. It is a refined heated sake. It tasted like chocolate. Goes well with yakitori. Purchased a bottle. Good value for money. On the third day after opening the bottle, it was discovered that it is also quite tasty at room temperature. It is a little bit heavy, but the slightly carbonated chili flavor is still there. It is a great room temperature sake because it doesn't need to be refrigerated. Is it starting to resemble Akabe?
