呑蔵之介
The aroma is gentle, mild and reserved. It has a fresh and soft umami, or full-bodied flavor, or something like that.
It is smooth, refreshing, and delicious. The acidity follows in the latter half and tightens it up.
Unlike what I think of as dry, this is a good sake that defies expectations in a good way.
