In the mouth, it is like honeyed apples and honey. It is sweet with mellow rice.
However, the mouthfeel is light in relation to the flavor.
A slight banana flavor comes in afterwards.
If you think it is like a liqueur or straight rum, it may be a little bitter.
But it is delicious.
