Alcohol content: 16 degrees
Yeast: Isolated strain from Tokyo University of Agriculture
It's been a long time since we've been out drinking (in a small group).
When I go out drinking, I always drink sake from the prefecture I haven't drunk before.
So I finally had a chance to taste a sake from Ibaraki.
And I was curious about the strawberry flower yeast 🍓
It smells so good. It's so sweet that I can smell it as much as I want, and the smell makes me want to eat more.
Of course I will drink it (^^)
It tastes sweet, but not too sweet, and it was perfect as an aperitif. I'd like to keep some at home.
