Third round of vaccines.
Leaves home in the morning.
I take a train past 9:00 a.m. even though it is scheduled to start at 11:30 a.m. in Shibuya.
I arrived at Shinjuku just before 10:00.
Okay, I'll have a morning noodle soup. Let's go to the morning noodle soup.
So I went to Horinouchi, a mainstream restaurant of the Manghori type.
The soy sauce was clean and the noodles were smooth. A good amount of noodles and a big piece of chashu (pork).
A great breakfast.
We went to the second restaurant after having a vaccine.
I had always wanted to go to Nishidai Jiro.
As expected, I ordered a small portion.
Slightly emulsified Delo noodles with pork and crispy vegetables.
It's a god. Next time, I'll eat a little pork when I'm hungry.
On the way home, I bought a bottle of Senkou cider at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Nihonbashi.
It is not sake, but please forgive me.
It has a dry acidity and fizziness.
Not at all sweet.
It's refreshing and a little too close to the original.
If you expect apple juice, you will be disappointed.
