Pear-like aroma and clear sweetness when drinking immediately after opening the bottle. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Shaking the bottle to entangle the lees does not change the body much, only making it a little stronger.
A week after opening the bottle, juicy sweetness and acidity appeared.
I thought the first taste was a little underwhelming, but then I thought this might be too sweet ... .
