I bought and drank this sake in the summer.
It is said that the name was changed to "Shunoten" after being inspired by a haiku written by Tekkan Yosano and his wife Akiko when they stayed at the brewery.
It was fruity and mellow 🍌.
I haven't had any ginjo-style sake from Manya Brewery yet, so I want to drink it this year!
