kittasann
It's a limited edition of 300 bottles of Yoshiya's original heated sake. I just happened to stop by Yoshiya and bought one!
I took a sip at room temperature. I was surprised to find that it had the flavor of heated sake, even though I hadn't heated it. I was surprised that it tasted like warmed sake even though it wasn't heated.
When it is heated to a very warm temperature, the rice and yeast give off a mellow aroma, and the taste is dry with a hint of rice flavor. The aftertaste is nice and clean, without any unnecessary flavors.
