Hapi
Hakkaisan is a sake that can be found at many izakaya (Japanese-style pubs). This is a sake tasting produced by Hakkai Brewery's "Kowa Brewery," where only a limited number of brewers are involved in the brewing of top-quality sake.
The first sip was fruity and sweet. But the aftertaste was sharp and somehow reminiscent of Hakkaisan. This year's image was "to express the refreshing sweet and sour taste of biting into a plum and the lingering astringent aftertaste," according to the brewery.
