Acid and light bitter rice aroma
A sharp, dry taste.
I can't help but think of Tamamura Honten as Shiga Kogen Beer.
The brewery's buildings are beautiful, but I don't have a good image of sake...
Not my favorite (sweet), but better made than I expected.
