rinThe shiny, cool label at first glance makes it hard to believe it is sake. The aroma is like that of honeyed apples, and the mouthfeel is soft. The gasiness that quietly spreads to the palate, along with a gentle, fruity sweetness, is complemented by acidity and a deep umami flavor. Sourness and a deep umami flavor are added, and in the latter half, it fades away with a slight astringency as an accent. It was a delicious sake with not only fruity sweetness but also volume and complex flavor.
