When poured into a glass, it has an aroma like banana and green apple with a fizzy feeling.
It has a pineapple-like acidity and sweetness, with a slight bitterness that lingers on the palate.
It is a light, easy-drinking sake that does not feel as if it has 16% alcohol.
It is good as an aperitif or a toast. I would like to try other types of sake.
