Since it looks like I won't be able to go to work tomorrow due to the typhoon, I opened the first hiyayogoshi of the year that I had bought for the weekend.
It had a slightly sweet aroma and was smooth on the palate with a slight tangy taste.
It was very easy to drink with a light touch, smooth on the palate, a little tangy on the tongue, and easy to drink.
I've had Yokoyama before, but I was reminded once again that the sake here is really easy to drink!
The autumnal feel of the label is also very nice!
