Yesterday it snowed heavily, but today is a beautiful sunny day. I'll have a lunchtime drink while gazing at the snowy landscape and Mt.
Let's start with the supernatant.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was fresh and apple-like. The aroma is gorgeous, as if fresh apples are right in front of your eyes.
The mouthfeel is smooth and silky, as is typical of Akagisan, and at the same time, it fills the mouth with a rush of highly active carbonic acid gas.
As you dive through the carbonation, you can taste the fresh, fruity sweetness of Junmai Namae!
When stirred, it does not lose its lightness, but the roundness and milkyness of nigori is added, making it even more delicious and easy to drink. It has a hint of apple and pear flavors!
The roundness is balanced by a tangy, dry flavor that makes you realize that this is truly an Akagisan nigori ✨.
It's drier than the earlier Shiboritate Junmai Namaishu, but the depth of the nigori makes it very satisfying!
Dreamy from lunchtime 😌.
