おたけThe eye-catching label is as expected of Yamazato Kotobuki. It is a slightly fizzy, unpasteurized sake. There is no heavy feeling at all, and the sweetness can be felt, but it can be drunk without hesitation. It has a softness like an apple, perhaps due to the acidity.
