At Japanese sake Satou in Matsuyama City.
The 12th glass is Taka's Special Junmai Naokumi 60.
This is one I've wanted to try for a while.
It's fresh and acidic.
It is easy to match with any meal.
We enjoyed it with vegetable tempura
with vegetable tempura.
