This is the first Hououmida. It has a peachy fruity aroma. The taste is thick and juicy. When it was cold, it had a slight bitterness and an angular impression, but as the temperature dropped, the sweetness increased and it became mellower. It seems that the taste changes after opening the bottle, so it will be a bottle that you can enjoy for a long time.
[Postscript] When I drank it two days after opening the bottle, the sweetness and depth increased and it was like a different kind of alcohol. It's not bad to drink it slowly like this!
