May 30, 2025, at the 4th Annual Bishu-Ken Yamagata 🍶.
I tend to reach for it because I also like the improved Nobukou 😆.
However, it was more robust & refreshing than I imagined... I might say quite dry 🙄.
I looked at the label (back) again and it says 17.5%, so maybe that's where it comes from?
Maybe I'll drink it with one ice ✨.
The other two photos are "my tray at this point" and "Mr. Takagi who was closing the booth early" 🥹.
As the event went on, there were a few breweries that ran out of some brands, but I think Mr. Takagi was the only one who closed his booth early because he ran out of any sake he could offer 🫠.
(Maybe it's because there were only two kinds of sake in the lineup...)
It was indeed a very popular event!
