I was looking for a place to drink and found a beautiful and easy to enter 👀.
Ask the store owner what it is 🤔.
Entering the shop🫡.
I place my order and ask 🧐.
Hiro "Do you know a sake called **Masamune?"
Master "I've been running this store for 10 years and I've never heard that name..."
Hiro "I'm done 😭"
It's a Yakezake 🍶.
The acidity is clear 🙄.
Taste similar to white wine 🍷.
It is balanced by the sweetness that seeps out in the second half 😄.
And while I'm at it, I'll check out the Dharma Masamune collection 📸.
Still haven't found the desired Masamune 😓.
