Daiginjo Round 10! The third round.
It seems to be read as "Koshino Sumire" of Niigata.
It had a ginjo feel to it, but the aroma was relatively weak.
I think it was a refreshing, dry sake typical of Niigata. (I vaguely remember)
I was watching the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympics while drinking this! 🇯🇵✨
