The aroma is nice, sour and dry! Taste is soooo good, the flavor rushes over you from the moment you drink it! I am happy. It has a sourness on the entry, but then the sweetness and umami that is typical of Aizan, and finally the bitterness that finishes it off is fantastic! Today I'm pairing it with yakitori, and I think it's a great combination because I don't think it's going to overpower the flavors! It's so good that I wish I'd bought another bottle! Thanks for the always delicious Tenmi!!!
