Jokigen初春の夢大吟醸
55
satoI forget the price, but I think it was around 3,000 yen. It is a dream of Hatsuharu no Yume! It was supposed to be opened on New Year's Day, but since it was the Chinese New Year...it was opened a little later. The elegant sweetness flows from the gorgeous aroma, followed by bitterness and alcohol. The back of the bottle shows that it is a little high at 17 degrees. Personally, I would have preferred 14-15 degrees. It makes my lips a little numb. Nevertheless, the graceful sweetness and aroma of 35% Yamada-Nishiki are wonderful. It is a little expensive because it is from a different tank than the one used for the competition, but it is a great value for money! I paired it with pickled firefly squid, but it might have been better to pair the lukewarmness with a hot pot.
