もよもよ
I got a rare sake. Kamimorohaku is read as "Jomorohaku," which seems to imply that the rice has been shaved down quite a bit. It sounds very high quality, with its "Nakadori," "Banshu Aizan," and "high rice polishing.
The taste is as fruity as ever. It does not have a sharp taste, perhaps because it is highly polished rice, but it is overwhelmingly refreshingly fruity and has a sweetness that is typical of Jyushidai. Taste-wise, it is like a grape. The bitterness is extremely weak.
Jyushidai is a sake that you can't get very often, so it's good to drink it together. It is definitely a delicious sake.
