Snake charmer and snake puppet are kawaii
It is a sake brand launched in 2015. Its name comes from the paradoxical idea that "only he who pursues two hares will catch two hares," and it aims to harmonize seemingly conflicting elements such as taste and aroma, sweetness and spiciness, heaviness and lightness at a high level .
Maruishi Brewery has abolished the traditional toji (master brewer) and kurabito (brewer) system, and instead has adopted a "tank-responsible brewing" style in which all employees are involved in the sake brewing process. This allows each person in charge of brewing to take full responsibility from preparation to bottling, creating a challenging and rewarding work environment that improves skills.
