イッペイ
This is the first Tottori sake I bought as a souvenir from a trip to the San-in region.
The aroma is a little fruity at first, but the remaining alcohol is stronger.
When you drink it, the sweetness of the rice spreads smoothly, and the umami flavor lingers on your tongue, making it very tasty. The lingering aroma is crisp with a nice aftertaste, and I enjoyed it with fish dishes.
