It's been a while since I've posted anything. Tonight, I am accompanied by this brewed with comet. What a stylish name. When the bottle is opened, it has a wonderful aroma with a hint of sweetness. When you put it in your mouth, it has a dry taste. After the umami flavor spreads in the mouth, it has a clean finish with a refreshing aftertaste. It is said to be a spring sake, but it is also perfect for hot days. â-ª Pair it with mozuku vinegar for a more refreshing experience. After chicken steak/anchovy olive lemon sauce, the fruity taste increases and the sweetness is pleasant! Sweet potato fries enhance the spiciness, which is also good. It was a wonderful sake that brought out the potential of the accompaniments...
