Minatoya Tousuke Junmai Daiginjo
Hakkaiyama and Yukio were a little too robust for my taste, so I had Higu drink them,
Minatoya Tousuke was light, dry and refreshing!
Each had a completely different taste, and I thought it was a good choice for comparison.

J&N, 𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤 ᰔᩚᥫᩣ at a restaurant called Uonuma Shokudo, we compared Niigata sake even though we are in Ibaraki lol!
I know there's a lot of Niigata sake, but I've been enjoying Ibaraki to the fullest........
