Very smooth on the tongue, with a melon-like aroma typical of nama-zake, which spreads all over the tongue. It is easy to drink. It is made from Yumesasara, an original Tochigi rice suitable for sake brewing. Perhaps the water is good, too, because it has a very refreshing aftertaste that keeps the sake flowing. Rather than pairing it with a meal, I would rather savor this sake on its own.
