Hiyoroshi Hanaboe. This may be the first time to drink hiyaoroshi Hanaboe.
Chilled in the refrigerator.
Sweet and sour aroma. The mouthfeel is mild, but after a pause, a moist sweetness and a concerted acidity overflows, leaving a refreshing aftertaste.
The taste is comparable to that of a nama-shu, but with less hard acidity and a sense of calmness.
I still like this sake. The entrée was dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) and roasted peanuts, just like in autumn.
