When you swirl it in your mouth, you feel a slight sweetness, then it flows smoothly and you feel the bitterness.
On the second day, the sweetness increased a bit.
I imagined it would be a bit sweeter since it was dry but unfiltered raw, but it was quite pungent and bitter.
The label is flimsy and shiny, so it would be better if it had an uneven label like Gohyakumangoku to give it a more upscale look.
I drank the same brand of Ona in succession this time, and it was easy to remember the taste, so I think I will continue to use this method in the future.
