Almost colorless and transparent. The aroma is faintly reminiscent of grapes. The aroma is weak. Smooth mouthfeel. The weak aroma leaves one with a sweet, sour, juicy, and rich mouthfeel that is hard to imagine. It has a medium aftertaste with just the right amount of astringency. A mellow sake.
