Junmai Ginjo Sake with 55% polished rice ratio
According to research, Tenzan Shuzo was founded in 1861 with its roots in the water mill business (flour milling business). In 1875, the brewery started its business by purchasing a liquor store that was closed down. The sake brewery was established in 1875 by purchasing a liquor store that was closed down. It is said that Ryoma Sakamoto drank Tenzan in Kyushu.
The Gion River that runs in front of the brewery is a clear stream that collects water from the Tenzan mountain range and is the birthplace of the Genji Botaru. The brewing water for Tenzan comes from a limpid spring in the middle of the Tenzan mountain range, and is brought to the brewery by a special water supply.
When poured into a glass, a sweet fruit-like ginjo aroma drifts in the air. The first impression when you drink it is an elegant and gorgeous sweetness like a white peach. It's like a beautiful sake with no miscellaneous flavors at all!
This is delicious!
