あじゃぱーSince I am a sake novice, I only drink seasonal Sentori and this is my first time to try modern Sentori.
By the way, I have not tasted classic Sentori.
The volume and juiciness of Omachi came in a very refreshing mouthfeel, and finished with acidity and sharpness.
It is amazingly delicious and may be the best of the year.
I would like to buy other modern Sentori, but for some reason I think I like Oumachi the best.
