Kinoenemasamune純米吟醸 別誂 コレクションラベル
michi
This sake was purchased when I visited Imadeya in Chiba.
It seems to be a sake made in collaboration with Imadeya.
I had imagined it to be a little dry and crisp, but it turned out to be unexpectedly sweet and umami.
There is no stickiness at all, and although it is not sharp, you can drink it as much as you want.
It is like a slightly sweet white wine.
I think it is a drink that can be served with a variety of foods.
I think it goes well with light cheeses and fruits, but I think it is best to drink it cold as it is.
