Nanka Yokai
Very fresh! Pitchy and gassy! It wears a cider-like flavor. The aftertaste is sharp and refreshing. The base seems to have the classic goodness of Kirizukuba, but with the freshness of today's style.

The supernatant is also a bit cloudy, and I wonder if the gas has lifted the ori. When I mixed it, it was more cloudy and I couldn't even see it.
