On the weekend, my wife and I grilled meat together. We went to Taniyan, a charcoal grill and seafood hamayaki restaurant near the Genoa Line in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The aroma is gorgeous, and the fruit-like sweetness and juiciness are amazing. It is a dangerous sake that is so fresh that you could drink as much as you want on its own.
