I was very curious to buy it because it was a special limited edition secret series with the titles of Yamahai, No.77, White Koji, Low Alcohol, and Nigori (nigori) Sake.
When I heard the word "nigori," I thought it sounded delicious. I imagined it to be thick, but...
But this one is surprisingly refreshing.
If I had to use an analogy, I would choose this one -> [grapefruit].
It tasted like a grapefruit sour made with sake. It is definitely one of the easiest drinks I have ever had. The bitterness is well used, similar to the bitterness of fruit. The slight effervescence is nice, and the balance of sourness and sweetness is perfect. If you like grapefruit, I recommend this one.
