First time I went to Marumi Sake.
This is also my first time to visit this brand.
It is the smallest brewery in Hiroshima, and the young master brewer was making his debut at this brewery. It seems to be the young master brewer's debut work at this brewery.
It's unfiltered raw sake & Hachitan-Nishiki & No.6 yeast, so expectations are high ❗️.
It has a little bit of sweetness and a robust and sturdy taste.
There is no roughness or miscellaneous taste, and the aftertaste is clean.
I was impressed that there are unfiltered unpasteurized sake like this.
It went well with hard cheeses.
This is a unique and delicious sake!
