It is said to be a sake from Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and this was my first time drinking it.
The taste is fresh and clean, with a strong aroma.
The color is a light blue.
When I thought it was similar to Wakanami, I found out that, like Wakanami, this sake was made by a female toji.
If you drink it by itself, the aroma is delightful! On the other hand, if you try to match it with food, it is difficult because it has a miscellaneous taste that I don't know where it comes from.
