This is the first time I've ever had such a crisp Nigori sake.
It's an active nigori, so you can enjoy a slight carbonation.
It's sweet and fresh.
It had an "explosion warning" tag on it, so I opened it up a little at a time, but it literally "exploded.
I wondered how I was going to enjoy the remaining 3 cups.
The sweetness becomes stronger when it is warmed, but the crispness is still there, making it a very refreshing amazake.
Kunihiro Yamauchi, Noto Shitenno Noguchi's apprentice, works as a toji.
It's a real explosion hazard.
