Hakkaisan Snow Chamber Storage for 3 years.
I bought this for New Year's 🎍.
This is the first time I have drunk a sake stored in a snow cellar.
It is dry but has a sweet taste,
It seems to be more mellow on the rocks 🍶.
I started to record the sakewa yesterday.
I'm not used to using it yet,
I'm not used to using it yet, but I hope I can continue to enjoy it.
