It's been a while since I've had this Eiko-Fuji.
I used to drink it a lot before I started drinking sake but I haven't been drinking it for a while so I bought it 😁.
I've forgotten most of it, but I did have a few notes 😁.
I thought it would be gassy and easy on the palate, but it was surprisingly well-balanced between fullness and acidity 😁.
