Nagasaki Sake
HIRAN HEAVEN
A second fermentation sake in the bottle with a warning label. The alcohol content is 13%, so it is very easy to drink. The label is cute and looks like stained glass. The fresh aroma is followed by a slight sweetness. The fresh sourness that comes from it has no cloying taste. I don't like alcohol with a strong sour taste, but this is delicious. I drank it all at once, but I think it would be great to take it to a summer festival and drink it with ice and carbonated water. It is so popular that it keeps selling out, so maybe next year!
