Nose Fruity but still unripe.
Taste: Slightly sour and sweet, with a hint of bitterness afterwards. Like grapefruit.
Overall impression: I have had a similar white wine before. It looks similar, so if you are not a sake or wine drinker, you might mistake it for a white wine.
