This is the first time Hirotogawa, who has been brewing "Yume-no-Ka" only, has made a sake with other rice.
The rice polishing ratio is 50% and it is a daiginjo spec sake! Matsuzaki Shuzo never betrays its customers!
It has a light taste that makes you want to have one more glass, and one more glass!
In my opinion, this is the best sake brewery in the prefecture.
