When I heard it was a Niigata sake, I imagined it to be light and dry, but it was gentle on the palate. I think women would like it.
Before this sake, we had a hiyayoroshi from Shotoku Shuzo. This was a robust sake, typical of a sake brewery that focuses on junmai (pure rice) sake. Both are delicious sake. Please try them.
