Kaze no MoriALPHA1 DRY 次章への鍵
ちろる
DRY" is the only word that describes it, and the aroma is moderately fruity with a refreshing sourness.
Slightly effervescent and refreshing.
I think this is my favorite so-called "dry" sake so far!
The label on the back of Kaze no Mori does not give the sake degree, but rather the number of days of fermentation, tanks, and other data, which is interesting!
