I received this sake as a gift from a colleague at work who is from Shimane.
Nita rice is a type of koshihikari rice produced in the Nita area of Okuizumo Town. There is a Nita Rice Omusubi shop in Hiroshima City, and the rice is so familiar to people that you can even see it advertised on the left side fence of Mazda Stadium.
It is said to be the "Western Yokozuna" of edible rice and is so delicious that there is nothing to say about its flavor and texture ✨.

We paired it with simmered pork cutlet and cold tofu as a side dish, and it was easy to match as a mid-meal drink 😊.
By the way, Okuizumo Sake Brewery is attached to a roadside station, and Kame-take Onsen (♨️) is a very nice and clean hot spring located nearby.
