It is a special honjozo, unfiltered, raw sake, directly pumped.
This was my 12th glass today and I drank it without carefully checking the specs.
It has a ginjo-like mouthfeel that is hard to believe it is a honjozo.
I was fooled in a good way.
This is what it means to drink it as you feel it.
It is delicious.
It has a refreshing fruity aroma, and the sweetness was subdued.
